Getting started
Do I need an account to generate QR codes?
No. You can generate and download any static QR code from the generator page without signing in. An account is only needed if you want to save QRs to your dashboard, track scans, or create dynamic short links.
What is the difference between dynamic and static QR codes?
Static QR codes encode your content directly into the image. The destination can never change, but the code works forever — even offline.
Dynamic QR codes encode a short link that redirects to your destination. You can edit the destination at any time (great when you have already printed and the link changes), and you get scan analytics. Dynamic QRs require our service to stay online to keep working.
Will my QR codes expire?
Static QR codes never expire — they are just images. Dynamic QR codes keep working as long as your account exists and is in good standing.

What is included in the Free plan?
Unlimited static QR codes, up to 10 dynamic QRs, up to 3 saved designs, basic scan counts, and PNG downloads up to 3000 px.
What does Premium add?
Unlimited dynamic QRs and designs, vector (SVG) export, logo upload, bulk QR generation, full analytics (countries, devices, daily charts), no watermark, and priority email support. See pricing for the full list.
How much does Premium cost?
$6.99 per month, or $69.90 per year (about 17% off — roughly two months free).
What happens to my dynamic QRs if I cancel Premium?
Your existing dynamic QRs keep working — we will never break a code you have already printed. You drop back to the free limit (10 dynamic QRs) for creating new ones, and lose access to Premium-only features (bulk, SVG, logo upload, full analytics) until you resubscribe.
Privacy & data
Do you track who scans my QR codes?
For dynamic QRs we record aggregate scan data: timestamp, country, city, device type, and a one-way salted hash of the scanner IP. The original IP is not stored. We use this to power your dashboard analytics — nothing else.
Why do you need my email?
Only for passwordless sign-in (we email you a 6-digit code) and billing receipts. We never send marketing emails or share your address.
Can I delete my account and all my data?
Yes — email support@service.vuvuive.org and we will wipe everything tied to your account. From the dashboard you can also delete any individual QR (goes to trash for 30 days, then permanently purged).
Where is my data stored?
On Cloudflare D1, replicated across regions. We do not use any analytics vendor, ad network, or data broker. See Privacy for the full list of sub-processors.
Account
I did not get my verification code.
Check your spam folder. If still nothing after a minute, request a new code from the sign-in page. Codes are sent from auth@service.vuvuive.org — add that to your contacts to avoid delivery issues.
Can I sign in on multiple devices?
Yes. Each device gets its own 30-day session. Sign out from any device via the dashboard.
